Fourteen Battlefords Art Club members were greeted by a rare sunny day Tuesday with many interesting new media to challenge their imaginations and create new works of art.

Hello again, quilting fans. The Rivers' Edge Quilters had their monthly meeting Nov. 2. Members meet the first Friday of every month. Last month, special guest was Gail Bertoia from Cut Knife.

Sunday was a day of fog in this area. By evening the fog was dense, making driving difficult. Visibility was limited. Even though we had some light rain, the highway was wet but not slippery since the temperature was slightly above zero.
