Fourteen Battlefords Art Club members were greeted by a rare sunny day Tuesday with many interesting new media to challenge their imaginations and create new works of art.
Members are working on a centennial project for the city's celebrations for the gala New Year's Eve. We are finding this a challenge and very interesting historically.
Entries for post cards and works of art are due next week for the gallery.
Members look forward to the clubs gala night and art show the weekend Nov. 24 and 25. The gala starts at 5 p.m. Saturday and ends at 9 p.m. The art show runs from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Please come and join us for a fun-filled weekend. Have a great week.
