Finally I think it is safe to say spring has found us! For the last week we have had melting snow but no word of crows or gophers yet. I will be waiting for Henry Konopelski to make the report of the first sightings.

Several residents nursing broken bones

Now the snow is melting every day so we should soon have drier streets and walks. The town man does a remarkable job of moving the snow around and keeping the streets as good as possible.

A number of the apartment ladies enjoyed coffee and bingo at the Pine Island Suites the morning of March 12. Norma Lott is pleased to have a new great-grandson. He was born March 3 to Aaron and Naz Grimily and is a brother for J.J.
