How is life treating you, these days? How is your marriage? It is bringing out the worst or best in you? Maybe it is time for a little marriage tune-up. I certainly do not claim to know everything about the subject.

Everyone has their weaknesses. Everyone has bad days. Everyone strays from their ideal eating plan from time to time. When trying to lose weight, it is important to realize what the consequences are.

I haven't donned a uniform in decades. I haven't played a team sport and I left behind the green vest and green plaid skirt when I left private school after Grade 10.
