What a weekend -July 8, 9, and 10 - rain, rain and more rain didn't stop music lovers from watching the fantastic performers at the Carlton Trail Jamboree. I know I don't report for Rabbit Lake, but I was there and would like to add my two cents.

This weekend Unity played host to both mosquito and peewee boys baseball provincials. Fifteen boys' baseball teams from around the province descended on Unity for the A Championships July 15, 16 and 17.

Our area was hit by a major storm, July 18. With winds gusting up to 130 kilometres per hour, trees were blown over, power lines went down and homes were hit by falling trees.
