The Schutte Lake ice fishing derby was a huge success,鈥� said Lorelie Delawski, an organizer. The Endeavour Skating Arena hosted the derby on March 12. 鈥淭his is the first time we have hosted a fishing derby and it went over well,鈥� she said.

The Preeceville Pats novice hockey team concluded its season on a high note with a win against the Kamsack Flyers on March 13. The final score of the game was 16-7 and was held in Preeceville.
