Despite a pair of blocked field goal attempts, the Yorkton Pee Wee Gridders football club was bounced in their first home game of the 2012 Regina Minor Football League (RMFL) action Sunday afternoon.

The Yorkton Yankees put a tough loss behind them to come back and claim the Â鶹´«Ã½AV East Senior Baseball League championship trophy with a 7-4 win over the Willowbrook Royals in Willowbrook in Game 4. Yorkton won the best of five series 3-1.
