Weyburn will be host to elephants, clowns and tight-rope walkers once again this summer. The Weyburn Fire Department is holding their 22nd annual benefit circus on Thursday, August 26 at the Exhibition Grounds.

The Soo Line Historical Museum has begun restoring the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) caboose that sits alongside the building.The Museum was given $1,000 from CPR to restore the aging caboose.

Silver Seals compete at two meets

Members of the Weyburn Silver Seals swim club travelled to Estevan on July 10 and Oxbow on July 11 to take part in a pair of meets. Two swimmers won overall silver medals in Estevan, and one swimmer claimed a bronze.
