A 23-year-old Halbrite-area man has been sentenced for an incident that caused another man's death in January.
Randy Mack appeared in Estevan Provincial Court on July 5 and was sentenced to a three-year and 10-month prison term for Impaired Driving Causing Death.
The accident occurred at the junction of Highway 47 and Highway 361 on January 31. A 26-year-old Estevan-area man, Michael Allan Pachalko, died in the accident as a result of Mack's failure to stop at the intersection.
