NORTH BATTLEFORD - There has been another adjournment for a co-accused in connection to the Jan. 3 apartment fire on 102nd Street.
Matters for Keeanu Crookedneck were back before North Battleford provincial court Thursday. It has been adjourned to Feb. 4 at 11 a.m. in provincial court, to allow time for an update to the bail verification report. Judge Dan O'Hanlon has ordered an update to the report to verify when a landline can be installed at the proposed place of residence for the accused. The next court date is for a potential show cause hearing, with the defence seeking Crookedneck's release on electronic monitoring.
