A roundabout way to get there
The first time I ever experienced travelling through a roundabout was in November of 2000. I was in London, being driven by a fellow Canadian who temporarily "forgot" how to both drive on the left side of the road, and how to negotiate a roundabout.

Quick fix
Highways crews were out fixing a portion of Hwy. 5 eight kilometres west of Humboldt last week. The section of road was flooded last summer, built up last fall, and covered with a temporary pavement that seems to be deteriorating this spring.
