Highways crews were out fixing a portion of Hwy. 5 eight kilometres west of Humboldt last week. The section of road was flooded last summer, built up last fall, and covered with a temporary pavement that seems to be deteriorating this spring. Speed through the area has been reduced to 40 km/h.
