Robert Young, now 70, is facing charges of second-degree murder in the death of聽Jason Chartier in 2018 in Buffalo Narrows.

Officers located the vehicle on Highway 55, between Smeaton and Nipawin, activated their emergency lights and attempted a traffic stop.

Investigation determined the vehicle had been reported as stolen in Nipawin on Nov. 2.

The fine applies to GST/HST registrants. Paper filers will be charged $100 for first time offence, $250 for each subsequent paper filing.

On Nov. 17, Pierceland RCMP located and arrested Lorne Singer at a residence on Big Island Lake Cree Territory.
