Wilma Ruth Liebrecht (Bartelt) was welcomed home to the arms of the Creator in the first hour of February 24, 2015, after a final battle with cancer. Born on July 18, 1943 to Minnie (Titze) and Karl Bartelt, Wilma was one of four children.
