There has been a near zero flow from Rafferty Dam reservoir the past two weeks, but it was for a good reason.

The Weyburn Police Service are asking for the public's assistance in solving two recent thefts. The first one took place around Sept. 24 between the hours of 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. on Sept. 25, when police were told a motorcycle had been stolen.
