NORTH BATTLEFORD — Permits for the year 2021 still have some catching up to do to meet last year’s pace.
According to the latest numbers presented to North Battleford council Monday, for the year through October there have been 92 building permits issued for $21,300,400. That compares to 108 permits issued for $23,735,600 for the same period in 2020.
For October alone, the building permit value is down but numbers of permits were up. Fourteen permits were issued for $1,972,000, compared to four permits for $2,475,000 for the same month in 2020.
