Threshing day shakes out 400 spectators

Borden's 25th annual Threshing Day was held on a beautiful hot day, Sept 24, and over 400 people were at the site north of Borden to watch the different events and have soup, borscht, bread, jam and beverages at the McCheane-Wake cook car.

Harvest close to being wrapped up

The high daytime temperatures are unusual for this time of year. Sunday the temperature was 30 C. It is good for harvest, which will be close to being finished by the end of this week.
