HUMBOLDT — Playgrounds owned by the City of Humboldt are reopened to the public starting June 12. Those playgrounds are located in A.E. Kilcher Park, Bill Brecht Park, Carl Schenn Park, Bence Place, Peace Park and Wilf Chamney Park.
