The Yorkton RawTec Maulers of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League hosted two home games this past weekend – a series against the Battlefords Stars.

The Yorkton Xerox Terriers of the Saskatchewan Bantam AA Hockey League are currently sitting in first place in their division, which is the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Division of the league. Out of eleven teams, Yorkton sits in first with a record of 12-2-2.

From Dec. 2-4, the Yorkton Atom A hockey teams hosted a tournament at home. Games were split between the Farrell Agencies Arena and the Yorkton Kinsmen Arena.

Regan Seiferling, a defenseman for the Yorkton Terriers, was one of 22 players named to Canada West for the 2016 World Junior A Challenge. Seiferling attended tryouts last year, but didn’t make the cut for the team. But this year, he did it.

The Yorkton RawTec Maulers of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League played two games away from home last weekend, and they came back to Yorkton with two wins. On Saturday, Dec. 3 they played in Saskatoon against the Saskatoon Contacts.

This past weekend the Yorkton Gardon Crushers of the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Saskatchewan Female Bantam A Hockey League attended the Regina Female Challenge. There were six bantam A division with teams from Weyburn, Winnipeg, Leroy, Yorkton and Regina (2).

The Yorkton Terriers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League played two games last weekend – one at home and one on the road. The two close games both ended in wins for the Terriers. On Friday, Dec.

The Yorkton RawTec Maulers of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League had an exciting weekend on home ice hosting the Saskatoon Blazers. The two games played on Saturday and Sunday were as close as possible, both ending in shootouts.
