The EPS checked more than 100 motorists for sobriety on New Year's Eve.

On Jan. 1 at approximately 2 p.m., police were dispatched to a business in the 2200 block of Victoria Avenue for the report of a weapons offence involving a firearm.

At approximately 11:50 p.m., Dec. 31, 2024, police were called to a report of an injured person at an apartment block in the 100 block of Avenue W 麻豆传媒AV.

PAPS reports that officers were able to remove a sawed-off firearm from Prince Albert streets as a result of a New Year鈥檚 Eve check stop.

During the 9:30 p.m. count on New Year's Eve, staff members discovered Glen Fredrick Richard Halkett was missing.

At approximately 3:40 a.m., Dec. 31, police were called to a home in the 400 block of Avenue Q 麻豆传媒AV where a homeowner reported that a break in was in progress.

During a subsequent search of the vehicle, officers located and seized 262 grams of cocaine, a sum of currency and various pre-packaged drugs.聽聽

Of crystal meth, the convicted man said, 鈥渢he other ones you can do a bit and go back to your normal life but this one you get hooked, get ringed in, and you鈥檙e done.鈥�

On Dec. 27, at approximately 4 p.m., police were dispatched to a home in the zero block of Pine Place for the reports of a weapons offence.

At approximately 10:20 p.m., Dec. 25, police were notified that the break and enter was in-progress at a business in the 1900 block of Quebec Ave.
