Kenneth Richard Dawson Smithson, of Yorkton and formerly of Ebenezer, went home to his Lord and Saviour on Sunday, August 23, 2015. Ken was born on August 18, 1927 in the Naisbury, SK area to Richard and Mildred (nee Olm) Smithson.
Scott Sundquist was born July 9, 1961 at Wynyard, SK to Donald Sunquist and Dawn (nee Peturson). He grew up and attended school at Wynyard until he, his mom and sister moved to Yorkton in 1977.
John Holitzki of Yorkton, passed away peacefully at the Yorkton Regional Health Center August 24, 2015 at the age of 84 years. John was born on October 23, 1930 in Killaly, SK to Joseph and Margaret Holitzki.
Mrs. Anne Tkatchuk of Yorkton, formerly of the Calder district entered eternal life on August 19, 2015 at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre at the age of 94 years.
Alan Torgerson was born October 25, 1942 to Irene (nee Howe) and Eric Torgerson. He spent his first few years in Springside and then the family moved to the farm. His sister Lois was born 7 years later.

Vera Ostapovitch quietly passed away at Gateway Lodge in Canora on August 15, 2015 at the age of 97. Vera was born on Jan. 6, 1918 to Fred and Rose Ostapovitch (Kitzul) on the family farm at Theodore, SK where she attended elementary and high school.

Arthur Effa was born in Poland in 1926, the son of Gustav and Matilda (nee Scheller) Effa. At the age of one year, Art immigrated to Canada with his parents and two older siblings.
