Henry Ross Ninowsky was born on November 14, 1940 at Yorkton, SK; son of Mary (nee Bewcyk) and Nick Ninowsky. He was raised on the family farm near Calder, SK and received his education at Liberal School.
After a short, but courageous battle with cancer, Steve passed peacefully at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre, Yorkton, SK on February 15, 2014.
