The Yorkton Bantam AA Terriers split two home games in the Farrell Agencies Arena prior to their Christmas break. The Terriers came up short against the Regina Monarchs on Dec. 21, losing 2-1 in a nail bitter.

The Yorkton Harvest jumped into the Saskatchewan AAA Midget Hockey League playoff picture after their huge 3-2 win over the Notre Dame Argos on Tuesday, December 18. The Harvest came out flying, outshooting the Argos 17-3 in the first period.

A nine game winning streak came to an end for the Yorkton Terriers this week, but after the loss in Estevan Tuesday they started a new streak with a pair of home ice wins.
