The Yorkton Business Improvement District in partnership with the Yorkton Co-op will be holding a GO TERRIERS GO Message Book public signing.

When the Terriers leave Friday for the Western Canada Cup in Nanaimo, it will be a case of going home to play for a few on the local junior 'A' team.

Yorkton natives Riley Rozdeba and Jarod Hilderman couldn't be happier with their decision to move to Wilcox to play for the Notre Dame Hounds hockey program after winning a midget provincial "AA" championship on March 28.

The Yorkton peewee Terriers kept their program's tradition of winning going this past March by capturing a provincial "A" banner for the third consecutive year. "We had an amazing group of guys," said Terriers head coach Noel Budz.

Jennifer Haczkewicz, 13, recently returned from the Man-Sask "AA" Championship Short Course Swim Meet that was held in Regina as the lone qualifier from the Yorkton Storm Speed-swimming Club.
