There were 15 rinks entered in the Preeceville seniors bonspiel held during the week of January 8 to 11. The Lou Roste and Ralph Ager teams tied for first place. Team members on the Roste rink were: Phil Murrin, Minnie Zimmer and Darwin Chalupiak.

Kamsack pair win Stick Curling event in Swan River

A Stick Curling bonspiel in Swan River was won by a team from Kamsack. The two-person team of Shirley Peesker and Marge Wonitowy of Kamsack won the event which was held on January 8 in the Swan Valley Curling Complex.
