Report from the Weyburn Police Service for the period of December 21, 2010 to January 1, 2011: *On January 1, the Weyburn Police Service and Weyburn EMS responded to a report of a male person having been stabbed.

The Christmas season is now wrapping up for the Salvation Army and, although the financial donations didn't quite meet the goal, the holiday season still went rather well.

Nominations are open for the annual Parent/Grandparent of the Year Awards. The Family will be hosting the Bernard Kot Parent/Grandparent of the Year Awards and Chocolate Decadence Evening on February 12, 2011 at McKenna Hall.
