13th Ave. rail crossing closed Today

Estevan motorists will be forced to make a detour Today as CP Rail has announced it will be repairing the 13th Avenue rail crossing.Crews are expected to begin work on repairing the crossing and asphalt in the area at 5:30 a.m.
