City police investigate accidents and assaults

The Weyburn Police Service responded to 91 calls for service during the week of Aug. 29-Sept. 4, including accidents, assaults and several alcohol-related incidents. Police attended an accident on Souris Avenue on Aug.

Report from the Weyburn Police Service for the week of August 22 to 28: During the past week police members attended 95 calls for service. Many were alcohol related, there were assault and firearm related complaints attended.
