Regina police seize over 2,700 grams of meth, fentanyl in drug bust

An Ontario man was arrested with large amounts of drugs and trafficking materials on Wednesday.

REGINA — The Regina Police Service Drug Unit recovered large amounts of methamphetamines and fentanyl during a drug bust on Wednesday, where one individual was arrested.

On Dec. 8, the RDU executed two simultaneous search warrants within Regina — one on the 1400 block of Queen Street and the other at a courier service in the city. 

One package was seized from the courier service, and police are reporting that 2,700 grams of meth, 73 grams of fentanyl, fake identification and $28,245 was seized between the two warrants.

Multiple cell phones, a digital scale, packaging and other items to aid in drug trafficking were also taken. 

Koch Bill Agok, 20, of London, Ont. was arrested during in relation to the investigation and is now facing two charges of possession for the intent of trafficking, proceeds of crime over $5,000, possession of a forged document with intent, possession of an identity fraud document and breach of a court recognizance. 

Agok appeared in provincial court on these charges on Dec. 9.
