Update: Latest fog advisory lifted

According to Environment Canada, travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility.

Another fog advisory has been lifted in the southeast.

UPDATE:

The latest fog advisory for southeast Saskatchewan has been lifted.

Highways are reporting season driving conditions with good visibility.

The notification was issued on Thursday evening and includes the Estevan, Weyburn, Carlyle, Oxbow, Carnduff and Redvers areas. 

"Fog has developed over parts of southeastern Saskatchewan this evening," Environment Canada said in the advisory. "The fog is expected to lift overnight or tomorrow morning."

According to Environment Canada, travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility.

Fog advisories are issued when near zero visibilities in fog are expected or occurring. A previous one was issued on Wednesday afternoon for the southeast and remained in effect until early Thursday afternoon. 

As of Thursday at 7:15 p.m., the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's  reported seasonal driving conditions in the Estevan and Weyburn areas, with good visibility, while winter conditions exist in the Carlyle and Moosomin areas due to fog that causes reduced visibility.
