ESTEVAN - One person has been charged for assaulting a youth.
According to a press release from the Estevan Police Service, as a result of a joint investigation by the EPS Criminal Investigation Division (CID) and the Regina Children’s Justice Centre (RCJC), a 22-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault on a minor.
To protect the identity of the victim, the EPS says no names are being released in this investigation and no further information will be provided.
The accused will make his first appearance in Estevan Provincial Court on March 7, 2022, to speak to the matter.
