ESTEVAN - Members of the Estevan Police Service charged two people on drug-related charges on Thursday.
Police attended a local residence where a search was done as per the conditions of a conditional sentence order. Substances believed to be fentanyl, methamphetamines and cocaine were found.
As a result, a 45-year-old Estevan man was arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl as well as breaching his conditional sentence order. He was released from custody and is scheduled to make his first appearance in Estevan Provincial Court on Feb. 7 at 9:30 a.m.
A 42-year-old Weyburn woman who was also inside the residence, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamines and cocaine as well as breaching the conditions of her probation order.
