Weyburn Fair Days are set to begin on July 4 with the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce's annual Fair Parade kicking off the fun. The parade will commence at 10:30 a.m. beginning at Fifth Avenue NE and ending at the fairgrounds.

Harold MacKay and Tom Laing inducted into Walk

Two more names were inducted into the Walk of Fame in front of City Hall on Saturday, as both Harold MacKay and Tom Laing were honoured for their influence on business and industry in the City of Weyburn.

Church to celebrate 100 years

The Weyburn Free Methodist Church is celebrating 100 years of continuous ministry in Weyburn and wants the community to celebrate with them. The church will hold a concert on July 2 at 7 p.m.

Samboree coming to Weyburn 2012

Weyburn's Crocus City Sams attended the Provincial Samboree in Prince Albert from June 7 to 12, with 11 recreational vehicles.

Summer theatre program begins July 6

The Tommy Douglas Performing Arts Centre is beginning work on their fifth annual summer Youth Development Theatre Program.This summer's production will be "The Fantasticks," the longest running musical production on Broadway.
