ESTEVAN - The ground was broken, and the construction for the urban dog park at Hillside Park began on Thursday.
By Friday morning, the Prairie Animal Health Centre (PAHC) Dog Park fencing was getting close to completion.
Estevan’s Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs are spearheading the project, and project chair Jake Porter said that if everything goes according to the plan, the dog park area will be fully fenced by next week.
The money for the project was donated by PAHC and covered the entire cost of the construction, which is completed by Estevan's Borderline Fencing Services.
