REGINA – Two Regina residents have been charged in connection with a string of commercial break and enters that occurred over the course of a week in mid-April.

Two days later, police arrested Terrance George Desnomie, 48. He faces six counts of break and enter to commit an indictable offence and one count of attempted break and enter. He appeared in court on April 24.

The charges stem from a series of incidents reported between April 15 and 22, during which several businesses across Victoria Avenue and 11th Avenue were targeted.

Police responded to two more break and enters on April 20. In the 300 block of Victoria Avenue, suspects caused significant interior damage after smashing through a glass door and stealing several items. That same day, another business in the 2100 block of 11th Avenue was hit when suspects pried open a door, damaging the structure.

On April 21, a final incident was reported at a building in the 1000 block of Victoria Avenue. Suspects pried open several interior doors and made off with multiple cellular phones.
