REGINA - At 12:52 a.m., Regina Fire and Protective Service firefighters responded to the 600 block of College Avenue for a commercial building fire.

Crews took on a defensive strategy of extinguishing the fire from outside the building. Residents were asked to avoid the area while crews were working.
