REGINA - This was the scene outside the Saskatchewan Legislature on Wednesday afternoon as Lieutenant Governor Russ Mirasty arrived to deliver the Speech from the Throne.
Lieutenant Governor Mirasty and Premier Scott Moe took part in the ceremony in front of the Legislature to open the Third Session of the Twenty-Ninth Legislature. Mirasty was set to present the Speech from the Throne in the Legislative Assembly at 2 p.m. this afternoon.
