Graffiti concerns delay nuisance bylaw

Continued concerns about anti-graffiti provisions in the new Property Maintenance and Nuisance Abatement bylaw have delayed final passage of the new bylaw. Third reading and passage was slated for June 14 council meeting.

Electrical wire was stolen from an industrial yard in the Maidstone/Rush Lake area sometime between May 14 and 17. According to Lloydminster Rural RCMP perpetrators took the wire off six spools and left the spools behind.
