NORTH BATTLEFORD - There was excitement Sunday afternoon in Central Park across from the North Battleford Public Library.
The North Battleford City Kinsmen Band were back in action live for the first time in months as they hosted Band in the Park, marking their first live concert since the pandemic began.
During the months of pandemic restrictions, the band had only been able to get together to practice or put together streamed performances.
Not surprisingly, there was an appreciative audience of concert goers in the park to welcome their return.
