NORTH BATTLEFORD - The man accused in a rash of business break and enters in North Battleford last year will see his matters back in court next month.
That was what came from the latest court date for Eugene Bear in North Battleford Provincial Court Tuesday, Bear's attendance was waived for this appearance, and his matters have been adjourned to March 4, 11 a.m.by closed-circuit TV.
Bear faces eight counts of break and enter and commit theft, four counts of break and enter with the intent to commit theft and one count of breach of a release order, all of them Criminal Code violations.
