NORTH BATTLEFORD - There has been another third-party investigator appointment to deal with a complaint filed under the city’s Code of Ethics bylaw.
At their council meeting Monday, council formally appointed Angela Kruk, of the law firm Gates and Company in Regina, to investigate the latest complaint.
Kruk is the same individual who was appointed at a special meeting in December to do the third-party investigation of an ethics complaint filed at that time.
As was the case with the previous appointment in December, council did not make public any details on what the latest ethics complaint is about. Council voted in favour of the investigator appointment.
