The case involving accusations of fraud and theft leveled at a River Heights Lodge employee has been adjourned to July 18.
Audrey Gallinger, a former bookkeeper at the facility, appeared in provincial court in North Battleford Monday. The adjournment was granted as Gallinger is seeking to retain counsel in the matter.
She faces charges of theft over $5,000, fraud over $5,000, theft under $5,000 and fraud under $5,000. The allegations stem between April 2009 and April 2010. River Heights Lodge had estimated they are out $28,000 from the alleged activity.
