A kitchen mishap earned one North Battleford resident a visit from the firefighters.
North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services responded to fire alarms in the Valley View Tower 1, at 1101 99th St., a little after 4 p.m. this Sunday.
Upon arrival, they found a tenant on the second floor had burnt some food while cooking.
Fire fighters gave some friendly fire tips before leaving the scene.
