In a five-day period North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services were called to a motor vehicle versus pedestrian accident, a building fire and a motor vehicle accident.
The motor vehicle versus pedestrian accident happened June 16 at the intersection of 16th Avenue and 100th Street. The pedestrian was injured, according to NBFES, but the extent of the injuries is unknown.
Sunday there was a building fire at 1441 - 104th Street. The fire was primarily in a two-car garage but was moving towards the house that included three suites occupied by families. Fire crews were able to evacuate the families and extinguish the fire quickly. The contents of the garage were a total loss and the suite on the west side had some damage to the exterior.
A motor vehicle accident Monday on Territorial Drive between Sobeys and Co-op involved two small vehicles. The occupants walked away unharmed and were able to get out of their cars.
