A baby shower was held in the seniors' room on April 22 to honour Ronan Lee, the new son of Dustin and Brittney Tracksell.
Head table and gift table were nicely decorated in blue and white cloths, balloons and mini baby bottles filled with candy. MC was Kandice Walker who introduced the head table – Judy Wiebe (Brittney’s mom), Brittney and Ronan, and Diane Tracksell (Dustin’s mom).
One game played was testing the eight unlabelled baby foods. Winning for  getting the most right foods was Leanne Sargent. Then "What’s In Your Handbag" was played, with Diane Tracksell getting the most points.
The community gift of cash was presented and Brittney then opened the many gifts that were then passed around for everyone to see. Brittney thanked everyone for coming and for the many beautiful gifts and outfits, then lunch was served to everyone present.
