Back to school sales are on, back to routines, back to clubs getting ready for another year, and, of course, the beginning of October will be our fall garage sales, always looking forward to that.
The Viscount Recreation Board is excited to announce that they raised $17,000 from their annual Street Dance. These proceeds are a reflection of our community and neighbouring communities of all the support we receive through attending the dance, volunteering and sponsorship donations. There was approximately 460 people that attended. All your support, all the volunteers, Longshot (who put on a great show), and the Colonsay Golf Revitalization Committee for running the barbeque at the street dance is greatly appreciated! These funds will be used to help maintain our Community Centre. We appreciate you all!
