Officers responded along with local EMS and located an injured man, who had been a passenger on the ATV. He was transported to hospital and later declared deceased.

Arriving officers located the man, and observed multiple injuries to his face and leg.

A firearm and ammunition were seized from the home.

As a city councillor for over 10 years, Hawtin believes she has demonstrated the experience and leadership necessary to bring people together and guide the city toward new opportunities and growth.

Frank Lund died on June 4, 2023, at the age of 78.
