Unity business has RCMP remove an unwanted individual off premises

Multiple roadside suspensions were made by Unity and Macklin RCMP.

May 6 - 12

Cut Kinfe Report

RCMP spoke to an individual regarding a mental health concern.

Police received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. Members transported the subject of complaint to another residence to be in the care of a sober adult.

RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. Members attended but the subject of complaint was gone on arrival.

Members acted as mediators in a dispute between two adults.

Police received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

RCMP received a report of an individual not complying with an undertaking condition but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members received a complaint of trespassing. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a complaint of breach of peace. Members spoke to the subject of complaint and issued a verbal warning.

Members received a complaint of disturbing the peace. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received another complaint of disturbing the peace but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

Members received a complaint of an individual not complying with a probation order. This matter is still under investigation.

A 74-year-old male from North Battleford was charged with fail to comply with probation order after members received a report of an unwanted individual at a residence.

Police received a complaint of theft but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members located an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was towed as it was deemed a traffic hazard.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with a probation order.  This matter is still under investigation.

A 37-year-old female from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with fail to comply with undertaking condition after members received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence.

Police received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. Members transported the subject of complaint to cells to remain until sober.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

Members are investigating a complaint of sexual interference.

An individual turned in a bicycle. The owner has not been located.

Police received a report of a child in public without a guardian. The child’s parents were located.

There were also three traffic complaints, two false 911 calls and one false 911 call.

 

May 14 - 20

Unity Report

RCMP conducted a property check at the request of a neighbour.

A 50-year-old male from Unity was charged with assault and fail to comply with probation order after members received a complaint of assault.

Members issued a seven-day roadside suspension during a traffic stop.

Police received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.

CN Police reported a railway crossing malfunction in Unity. Reported for information purposes.

RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a business. Members attended and ensured the individual left the premises.

Members are investigating a complaint of fraud.

Police received a complaint of assault. Members attended but the complainant requested no further action be taken.

RCMP received a report of smoke near Unity. Unity Fire Department also attended. No fire was located.

There were also two traffic complaints, one false 911 call and one false alarm.

Wilkie Report

RCMP received a report of spray paint on the sidewalk in Wilkie. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a report of two kids in the ditch near the highway by Landis. Members located the youth who were assisting an adult with yard work.

Members are investigating a complaint of uttering threats.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with a release order. This matter is still under investigation.

Members are investigating a property dispute.

Police received another complaint of an individual not complying with a release order. This matter is still under investigation.

A 41-year-old female from Wilkie was charged with fail to comply with release order condition after members received a report of an individual breaching a release order.

Members conducted a wellbeing check at the request of a family friend.

RCMP received a complaint of theft from a motor vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

There were also three traffic complaints.

Macklin Report

RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.

Members acted as mediators in a dispute between two adults.

Police served a subpoena to an individual in the detachment area at the request of a Crown Prosecution Office.

RCMP received a complaint of theft but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members issued a 60-day roadside suspension during a traffic stop.

Police received a complaint of assault. Members attended but the complainant requested no further action be taken.

RCMP issued a 21-day roadside suspension after members received a traffic complaint.

Members are investigating a complaint of a stolen truck near Denzil.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

RCMP received another Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

There were also three traffic complaints and two false alarms.
