Missing Assiniboia man found deceased

PONTEIX — Thirty-eight-year-old Greg Klein from Assiniboia, the subject of a missing person investigation, has been found deceased, say Ponteix RCMP.

Police say he was located deceased on July 24 and that initial investigation indicates his death is non-suspicious in nature.

You have to wonder why the Riders attendance hasn’t been better since the CFL resumed at the start of the 2021 season. A lot of nights, it seems like there are more empty green seats than green-clad fans in the stands.

SASKATOON — Dawn Walker, executive operating officer of FSIN, was last seen at a business establishment on the 300 block of Owen Manor in Saskatoon.

Estevan man gets a year in prison for child pornography

ESTEVAN - An Estevan man has been sentenced to a year in prison for possession of child pornography. Trevor Dean Curtis was sentenced Monday in Estevan Provincial Court.

WEYBURN — Voices and flickering lights were some of the manifestations of the paranormal experienced in Weyburn’s Heritage Village, after Estevan ghost hunters Curtis and Nathan Riersgard stayed the night.
