Unity Report

RCMP received a report of an individual failing to comply with an undertaking. Members spoke to the complainant and the subject of the complaint.

Police received a complaint of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

Members are investigating a complaint of theft.

RCMP received a report of an injured moose near the highway. Members attended and euthanized the animal.

Police received a complaint of harassing communications. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a report of cattle near the highway. The cattle were herded back into the pasture.

There were also six false alarms and one traffic complaint.

Wilkie Report

RCMP received a complaint of disturbing the peace. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

Members are investigating a fraud complaint.

Police attended a single-vehicle collision in a rural area near Wilkie. The vehicle driver was gone on arrival. Members discovered the vehicle had been stolen from Saskatoon. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP attended a two-vehicle collision on Highway 14 near Wilkie. One vehicle driver was transported by STARS Air Ambulance to Saskatoon. The other vehicle driver was taken to hospital by Emergency Medical Services. A 38-year-old man was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and resisting a peace officer.

Macklin Report

RCMP received a complaint of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

Police received a complaint of fraud but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Nov.27 to Dec. 10

Cut Knife Report

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. The subject of the complaint was arrested and lodged in cells until sober. The complainant requested no further action be taken.

Police received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. Members contacted the complainant who stated the individual had left the premises. The complainant declined to proceed.

A youth was charged with failing to comply with a release order condition at the request of Community Corrections.

Members received a report of a single-vehicle collision. The vehicle driver sustained minor injuries. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a complaint of trespassing. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members acted as mediators in a dispute between two individuals.

A 42-year-old woman from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with trespassing at night, mischief and resisting a peace officer after members received a complaint of trespassing.

Police received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. Members attended. The complainant declined to proceed.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual intoxicated in public. The subject of the complaint was issued a ticket and was arrested and lodged in cells until sober.

A 31-year-old man from Little Pine First Nation was charged with failing to comply with a release order condition during a traffic stop.

Police received a noise complaint. Members attended but the area was quiet.

Members received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. Police contacted the complainant who stated the individuals had left the premises. The complainant declined to proceed.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the individual.

Members are investigating a complaint of harassing communications.

Police received a complaint of uttering threats, but it was unfounded.

RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. This matter is still under investigation.

A 33-year-old woman from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking condition during a traffic stop.

Members received a report of a missing person. The individual was located.

Police received a report of an abandoned ATV. The owner was located.

RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

Members received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence, but it was unfounded.

Police received a complaint of disturbing the peace. The subject of the complaint was transported to cells in North Battleford. No charges were laid.

Members are investigating a complaint of defamatory libel.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual damaging a vehicle. Members attended. The vehicle owner declined to proceed.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

A 27-year-old woman from Thunderchild First Nation was charged with failure to comply with a release order condition after members received a complaint of an individual breaching a no-contact condition.

A 21-year-old man from North Battleford was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle after members received a report of a dispute.

Members received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence, but it was unfounded.

RCMP received a complaint of breach of peace. Members contacted Poundmaker Security who advised the subject of the complaint was staying at another residence and attendance was not required.

Members received a complaint of an individual not complying with a release order but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

A 22-year-old man from Cut Knife was charged with forcible confinement and assault while choking after members received a complaint of assault.

RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.

There were also nine traffic complaints, five false 911 calls and one false alarm.

Dec. 5 – Dec. 11

Unity Report

RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

Members spoke to an individual regarding a curfew condition.

Police received a report of a single-vehicle collision near Unity. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

CN Police reported a railway crossing malfunction in Unity. Reported for information purposes.

Police received a complaint of trespassing. Members spoke to the complainant and the subject of the complaint.

Members received a complaint about an abandoned vehicle near Senlac. The vehicle was towed as it was deemed a traffic hazard.

RCMP received a complaint of harassing communications. This matter is still under investigation.

There were also three traffic complaints and one false 911 call.

Wilkie Report

RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence. Members attended. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a concerned citizen.

Police received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

RCMP received a noise complaint. The complainant called back to state the noise had stopped. Members did not attend.

Police received a complaint of an individual failing to comply with undertaking conditions. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint and issued a verbal warning.

Members acted as mediators in a family dispute.

There were also three traffic complaints.

Macklin Report

RCMP attended a single-vehicle collision near Macklin. The vehicle driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was flown by STARS Air Ambulance to Saskatoon. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members received a complaint of an individual not complying with a release order condition. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with a release order condition, but it was unfounded.

There were also two traffic complaints.
